Reduce risks through developing a safety culture and eliminating safety hazards. Responsible for production plans to meet customer demand; both in machining and assembly areas. Reassign and adjust personnel to meet business needs.

  • Facilitate & procure resources for manufacturing. (Tools, Personnel, MRO, Indirect Materials etc.)
  • Support product troubleshooting and assure product quality.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to develop plans to ensure lean Manufacturing methods
  • Develop, monitor and meet manufacturing Metrics
  • Supervise implementation of TIB, VSM, Day by the Hour, Team Meetings and Safety Meetings
  • Supervise implementation of Continuous Flow, waste reduction, down time reduction and Standard work

    Qualifications
  • Engineering graduate or Similar
  • Business English conversation Level
  • HPT Methodology
  • Lean Manufacturing
  • Continuous Improvement Tools
  • Assembly & Machining experience a plus
