Provide company product support and technical assistance for customers and dealer network. Plan, develop and organize all the technical service activities in laboratory of Lord de Mexico for segments of market y/o regions in M&CA, their priority is to look for the Customer satisfaction with the correct performance of our products in the M&CA Customers processes, getting with this that our Regional customers identify the Technical Field Service as a Value Added. The incumbent also is responsible to develop and give recommendations in the Customers processes for the correct performance of our products
