•Expedite orders through warehouses, purchasing and production control departments
•Quote customers for products using Seibel quote system and mainframe
•Enter and maintain accurate orders using MSS
•Communicate updates for maintaining accurate customer files
•Work with other departments to process customer requests for special requirements
•Assist customers with technical and order change inquiries
•Communicate with customers and other departments via phone, fax, email and mail
•Assist and work with Field Sales, PSM’s & PSC personnel on a variety of requests
•Participate in improvement of workflow, productivity or other as required
•Assist other correspondents and departments as required
•Applies and may lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency of internal systems and processes within the division
•College degree preferred
•Good communication skill (written and oral)
•Professional “here to help” attitude and team player
•Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multi-tasking and potentially stressful situations
•Self manager and motivator
•Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
•Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
