With direct supervision, assists more senior HR professionals to coordinate and administer HR programs across the span of HR areas.
The HR Generalist is responsible for the HR local activities support reporting to HR Division Manager. As a HR Generalist, you will be in charge of : - Posts positions to internal and external job search outlets; - Accepts and conducts initial review of resumes; - Some contact with applicants; - Assists other HR team members in preparation for performance management and talent management cycle; - Address routine questions by managers and employees; - Assists in the coordination of local training; - Coordination of corporate sponsored training; - Training of development plans; - Address well-defined questions by managers and employees; - Assist other HR team members in preparing for merit review process"- Partners with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management cycle; - Coordination of corporate sponsored training; - Responsible for routine employee grievances; - Address questions on compensation and benefits; - Conduct reporting and analytics, as needed
