Position Summary

Design, develop, test, deploy and support web based graphical user interfaces and back end services for our existing and next generation of products and solutions. From standalone applications all the way to cloud based solutions for our customers. Design using the latest software engineering tools, techniques and agile processes.This job reports to the Refrigeration Controls Engineering Manager. The work is done with a cross-functional engineering team and within the business unit. This job requires customer interaction.

Responsibilities

 

• Guide architecture of all web based solutions
• Determine and design system specifications.
• Analyze the added value of customer requirements
• Iteratively evolve the architecture of the products and solutions
• Design, develop, test and deploy web based graphical user interfaces, back end services and performant databases.
• Prototype user interfaces and dashboards
• Build solutions to aggregate, analyze and present diagnostic data
• Perform beta site testing and beta site follow-up
• Design, develop and test corporate service solutions interacting with multiple customer sites
• Develop documentation, diagrams and charts

Qualifications

 

• 5 years or more of Full Stack Developer Experience
• 5 years experience in Agile development team
• 5 years experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Degree in Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Good communication and listening skills, and good writing skills
• Capable of quickly assimilating complex technical issues and subjects
• Team Player willing to exchange knowledge and expertise
• Familiar with latest security techniques to protect communication channels, databases, web front ends and web back ends
• Development experience on Linux
• Experience in using Docker
• Development experience in C# and MEAN stack.
• Familiarity with AzureDevOps
• Previous work experience in automatization or building controls
• Refrigeration process knowledge
