The Parker Industrial Process Filtration Division brings together over a hundred years of expertise in filtration and separation products. With safety and innovative solutions at the forefront of our designs, we provide a complete breadth of code stamped filter vessels and filter cartridges under the PECO product line servicing the upstream, midstream and downstream markets.  From chemicals, water, inks, paints, coatings and any general fluid application in between, we provide a variety of Parker pleated and depth filter to fit industrial application needs.

The IPF Division needs an energetic HR business partner with outstanding communication skills, a passion for culture and engagement, and a strong commitment to safety to be a true driver of change! This position will be responsible for specialized functions and assigned projects in various HR areas. A continuous improvement mindset is a must as well as the ability to facilitate organizational development and changes that support key business objectives.  

Plan, develop and implement a variety of human resource functions to support the business goals and objectives. Implements the organizations HR strategy to ensure the attraction, selection, development, and retention of current and potential employees. Assist in the resolution of human resource issues and promote enhanced organizational efficiency, communication and understanding.

  • Take an active role in understanding business issues. Recommend and develop approaches and programs to address those challenges.
  • Recruit, hire and develop hourly and salaried personnel.
  • Directly or indirectly oversees performance management practices; manages the succession planning and talent management cycle; Conduct Talent Reviews.
  • Support compliance with regulatory agencies, i.e. OSHA, EEOC, etc.
  • Facilitate the annual review process
  • Direct compliance with regulatory agencies.
  • Explain and administer company policies and procedures including participation in new team member orientation.
  • Develop and maintain equal employment opportunity programs, including affirmative action.
  • Maintain human resources systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and other team member information.
  • Coordinate a variety of company social functions i.e., service award banquet, team picnic and holiday parties.
  • Responsible for Employee Relations including managing investigations and disciplinary.
  • Facilitate group processes and enable and encourage team member involvement, problem solving, targets and best practices concepts.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budget.
  • Directly or indirectly oversee the development and administration of local and corporate training offerings
  • May have one HR Generalist direct report

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline
  • Minimum of five years human resource experience in a majority of the functional areas described, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated competency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Some travel required
  • Able to effectively communicate and build relationship at all levels within the facility
  • Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player
