Position Summary:
Responsible for safe manufacturing of metal Rings. Utilize standard measuring devices and gauges. Ability to safely use all manufacturing equipment involved in the process.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Technicians work with other Associates, Manufacturing Leads, Welding Associates, , and Manufacturing Support (ie. Cut, Lap, Sandblast, Degrease, Heat Treat). This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager.
• Manufacture metal seals according to ISO documentation and procedures
• Safely operate Planish Press, Belt Sander, Roll Form Machines, Polish Equipment, and Hydraulic Presses to manufacture completed parts
• Read and interpret work instructions
• Communicate with others on work order status and completion of work
Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Ability to read
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work in team environment
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Technical and mechanical skills
