Advocates and supports Parker’s WIN Strategy by managing and improving the safety, morale, quality, cost, and delivery in the quality inspection and NDT area in our production environment.
In this role you will have the responsibility and authority to identify the status of production area and take action within the area as defined in documents such as controlled plans and work instructions. In addition, this role will interact with employees at all levels of the organization, internal and external customers, and outside contacts. Supervisory responsibilities include, but is not limited to, training and developing subordinates, delegating work assignments, writing, and conducting performance appraisals, coaching, and counseling employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
Functions and Responsibilities

The wage range for this role takes into account allowances for a number of factors, including but not limited to required experience, skill level, prior training, licensure/certifications, education and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $77,583 - $129,434.
