Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic team member to lead its divisional Information Technology Business Systems Support organisation. In this position, you will lead be responsible for maintaining Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, HR and Digital Operations Information Technology systems and processes. We are looking for a change agent. You must be a high energy process driven individual with a proven track record of initiating and leading change. You must have a deep knowledge of business process and have supported Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, HR and Digital Operations applications. You will work directly with division functional teams to understand needs and develop a roadmap for delivering enhanced capabilities, new technology and systems.

Responsibilities

·       Work directly with division leaders to develop IT strategic plan for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, HR, Digital Operations and other business areas to aid the business in meeting financial and operational commitments.

·       Improve IT operational efficiencies, lead Lean initiatives, drive cost efficiencies, and implement best practice standards and documentation.

·       Responsible for working with division, group and corporate resources to implement best practices for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, HR, Digitial Operations and other business areas.

·       Work with the Division IT manager, assist in shaping the IT budget for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, HR, Digital Operations and other business areas, and work with division leaders to make sure needs are prioritized and projects are funded.

·       Implement and maintain corporate approved information systems policies and practices and ensure that proper standards are maintained in the administration of approved policies.

·       Keep existing systems up to date and secure by upgrading, enhancing and patching systems.

·       Lead divisional projects related to business applications, i.e., CMMC, Cyber Essentials certifications, ERP modernization (SAP and Syspro), Salesforce, Q-pulse, etc. implementation, support and management of these applications is required.

·       Work with corporate teams to determine systems that should be deployed at divisions or moved to corporate. Develop plans for each and execute.

·       Own CMDB for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, HR and Digital Operations portfolio.

·       Lead or participate on division, group, or corporate High Performance Teams where appropriate.

·       Actively participate in IT project reviews and stage gate processes.
