Linked to one of our Sales team member well deserved retirement, we are looking for an;

Account Manager (w/m/d)

within elastomer process materials (EPM) division in EMEA, based in Hilden (next to Düsseldorf)

Role Responsibilities

  • Sales of EPM products and fully managing customers within the assigned region (DACH)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer’s key decision makers and create multi-level connections within the customer organization
  • Build and maintain opportunity pipeline on CRM and convert opportunity into wins
  • Contribute to forecasting activities
  • Contribute and implement pricing policies
  • Drive and coordinate international teams in order to develop an assigned global key account


  • Business/Marketing/Engineering degree (B.S or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and/or business development of B2B technical products. Experience in global key account management is highly desirable
  • Fluent in German and English (Other languages a +)
  • High willingness to travel within assigned region (DACH)
  • Strong commercial, sales, negotiation, organization and communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building, influencing and networking skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in effectively managing sales pipeline and opportunities using CRM.
  • Contract management experience is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
