Your day-to-day

• Is a key player in defining both new and existing products manufacturing processes, scouting for innovative and efficient solutions;
• Co-ordinates the installation of new cell in the company and material flow.
• Develops and implements equipment design layout and workflow, determining space requirements.
• Ensures that the material and Information flow strategy is implemented and maintained in the fabrication cells.
• Defines policy for the maintenance of equipment of production, TPM implementation and trains personnel on these techniques.
• Supervises documentation production, determines suitability of processes and control and improve of the PPAP and AQP activities for the existing and new products in line with the Parker Quality Standards.
• Develops and maintains relationship with key suppliers for Machines, Tools, Services for new production lines and for the improvements/savings on existing production processes.
• Applies continuous improvement and lean manufacturing techniques to their day-by-day.

Who we are looking for

• University Degree in Engineering.
• Good knowledge of market product.
• Min of 3/5 years in a Technical Department role within a precision engineering/electro-mechanical environment. 
• Experience and track record of working in a similar role within the industrial, automotive, aerospace, beverage industries.
• Ability to release and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system.
