Ÿ  Optimize process capability and flow, cost and operator safety and ergonomics.

Ÿ  Automation line set up (Co-bot, DC Nut-runner, Autonomous Mobile Robot, etc.).

Ÿ  Meeting with the manufacturing manager to assess existing processes.

Ÿ  Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve productivities (Kaizen).

Ÿ  Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.

Ÿ  Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards. (FMEA)

Ÿ  Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.

Ÿ  Performing optimization of a test bench. (Verification, Calibration)

Ÿ  Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.

Ÿ  Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process. (STD work, new layout design)

Ÿ  Machining Part Tool / jig improvement support.

Ÿ  Meeting with design engineers to determine functionality protocols. (Ex. routing cost roll-up)

Ÿ  Planning the method of sequence for testing operations.

Ÿ  Instituting and tweaking testing mechanisms and protocols.

Ÿ Writing up final test procedures and training QC staff.

Ÿ  Experience of manufacturing professionals.

Ÿ  3~5 Years of Production Engineering, Hydraulic Design Engineer, or relevant experience.

Ÿ  Knowledge of manufacturing and quality practices.

Ÿ  Demonstrated project management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Ÿ  Basic knowledge of mechanics and electricity (PLC).

Ÿ  Experience of test bench or machine design preferred.

Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skill.
