Division Operations Manager
Accountable for all operations and maintenance within the Exotic Metals Forming Division to achieve the results identified by the corporate WIN Strategy, annual improvement priorities and long-term strategic plan. Leads a team of empowered employees to continuously meet and exceed customer expectations. As a part of our empowered and diverse team, you will have a significant impact on the division and will contribute to building a world-class team by directly influencing organizational and operational excellence. We are seeking a talented individual to apply their expertise, leadership, and integration skills to enable engineering breakthroughs that lead to a better tomorrow. The wage range for this role considers allowances for a number of factors, including but not limited to required experience, skill level, prior training, licensure/certifications, education, and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $168,140 - $294,214.
