Responsible for all aspects of Strategic Marketing and Business Development for China Filtration Division
· Strategic Marketing: responsible for the development and implementation of product and market plan
· Closely work with sales companies and engineering's to leverage the communication and drive results
· Provide strategy and guidance to management, division and sales for profitable growth
· As CFD platform product Manager to support product development and marketing communications
· Lead CFD BD Process (Win Map, Winovation and Win Value Idea manage) to establish timeline and goals for achieving the target
· Responsible for identifying and collecting the marketing intelligence to consultants on pricing, finance and other data reports as business needs
· Creates business plans for key regions and markets, develops global customer partnerships
· Directs and recommends acquisitions and strategic investments for business
· Responsible for continuous improvement of market tools to improve promotional plans and market segments
· Responsible for developing and implementing a communications strategy that is consistent with the Division’s business plans and the overall Group and Corporate goals.
· As team manager to encourage and engage team members to deliver results deployed Parker culture
Education & Experience
· 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or Product Management, with at least 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
· Previous work experience includes experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales
· 4 year university degree (or international equivalent) required; Ideal candidate has studied Engineering, Marketing, Business or Economics, or related areas of study
· Ideal candidate is working towards or has completed a Master's degree (or international equivalent) in Management, Business or Economics, or related areas of study preferred
Skills & Competencies
· Proven track record in new business development, especially in gas separation & filtration related field
· People management experience
· Fluent in both oral and written English
· Filtration experience and know-how is highly preferred.
· Basic financial analyst skills is required – able to analyst and summarize the market insight
· High level of strategic thinking and able to partner with GM to identify positioning & direction.
· Know how to orchestrate and prioritize the business leads.
· Strong communication skills and able to influence other departments without authority.
