 Your responsibilities 

• Provide coaching and legal guidance on Safety to leaders and team members at all levels of the organization.
•  Ensure the Division meets Corporate and Regulatory Compliance objectives.
• Design and facilitate safety initiatives, programmes and procedures. 
• Provide guidance and raise awareness of EHS in other functions.
• Actively promote Safety Culture and Environmental awareness.
• Lead and develop Safety Team.

Who we are looking for

•  Robust practical knowledge of regulatory safety and environmental compliance.
• Demonstrable EHS Management experience in industrial work environment.
• University degree (preferably in a technical field: engineering, environment etc.)
• EHS certification (NEBOSH or equivalent).
• Readiness to travel for business.
   

Ideally, you will also have

• Proven track record of driving cultural change in complex organization.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of organization.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Business acumen.
