Are you a talented and ambitious student looking for an exciting internship opportunity in an international working environment? We are seeking a Back Office Intern to join our team! This is a great chance to gain practical experience during your studies. 

As a Back Office Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting our team in various administrative tasks but also many projects. You'll have the opportunity to work with colleagues from around the world and contribute to the success of our company.

General Administration:

  • Handle postal correspondence
  • Update and maintain office duties
  • Keep everyone in the office informed 
  • Processing incoming invoices and requests 
  • Review and update documents administration to ensure everything is up-date and organized 
  • EHS
     

HR Administration:

  • Assist with the administration of employee training, including onboarding 
  • Manage the employees attendance system and cooperate with payroll department 
  • Update Sharepoint
  • Organizing and folllowing up internal documents, forms and policies

 

We would like to hear from you if you:

  • Preferably pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization 
  • Practical Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn 
  • Communicative English - you will talk to foreign colleagues on daily bases
