Established in 2013 Parker Hannifin European Shared Service Center (ESSC) is responsible for the transfer, implementation, and optimization of processes in the field of finance and accounting. We support Parker Hannifin's locations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently, ESSC employs over 300 employees in accounting departments.

Accounts Payable (AP) department is maintaining strong relationships between
the business and vendors. AP department is responsible for the timely and correct processing of particular accounting transactions according to corporate documentation.

AP  Team Leader will be responsible for leading the team of people, development and motivation aspects as well as monitoring tasks coordination and team performance according to Parker standards and procedures.

More specifically but not limited to, you will be:

  • Monitoring and enhancing team and individual performance
  • Motivating team and working on team development
  • Managing administrative processes in adherence to SLA
  • Reporting KPI's to center management and internal client
  • Preparing and facilitating team meetings to ensure information sharing and communication flow
  • Providing high quality of internal customer service
  • Demonstrating experience in delivering strong performance against challenging targets
  • Leading upcoming project.

    We would like to hear from you, if you have:

     

    • Higher education, preferably in Accounting/Finance,
       
    • 2-3 years of Accounting/Finance experience, and 0-1 year experience as a team coordinator/or team leader 
       
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
       
    • Strong people management skills, empathy and sensitivity toward people issues
       
    • Good knowledge of English
       
    • Strong problem solving skills
       
    • Proactive approach to process improvements
       
    • Strong attention to details and analytical skills.
