Role Summary
Here at Parker Meggitt, we’re recruiting for an Invoice to Cash Specialist who will be responsible for the delivery of our consistent, streamlined, global Invoice to Cash processes. The role will focus on operational excellence and high levels of customer service with an additional focus on continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities
Processing cash receipts within the 48 hour deadline and maintain a ‘Cash Target’ report
Processing Sundry Documents
Preparing Unallocated Cash reports and monitor aging to reduce open balances
Supporting period end financial closing activities
Attending monthly / adhoc meetings with internal stakeholders as required
Communicating issues and sharing best practice with others to benefit all
Who we are looking for
Relevant operational I2C experience in a PLC/global business, including billing and cash applications
Experience in a high volume process environment
Experience of SAP or other ERP accounts receivable
Working knowledge of Excel
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication across a variety of audiences
Ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy
