Build and organize an efficient finite production schedule that maximizes production efficiency while minimizing raw material and work in process inventory, changeover costs and satisfies customer’s required dates.

• Release and manage production work orders in accordance with MRP, Kanban signals, production plan goals and related planning data.
• Reviews production capacity requirements:  Monitors the reports and ensures capacity is available to meet the production plan.
• Release and manage raw material orders through the MRP system as necessary to meet production schedule.
• Works with customer service personnel on maintenance of promise dates to the customer. Provide customer’s service maintaining the communication thru the systems set.
• Manage, monitor and update Kanban’s for assigned value streams.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies or related to material flow in the processes, identifying the root cause and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage of the open orders and expedite request with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Engineering or administrative bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years of experience in supply chain.
• Advanced English 
• MRP system knowledge
• Inventory Control knowledge
• Kanban management
• Procurement
• Production control / scheduling knowledge
• VISA
