Responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring the best and right talent in the shortest time, ensuring client satisfaction. Anticipate, manage, and resolve risks in the employment relationship and legal compliance that may affect the operation, the prestige of the organization; as well as promote the practice of virtues and values to achieve a good work environment and for staff to feel engaged with the organization.

  • Generate talent acquisition strategies for administrative and union members
  • Recruit administrative personnel and carry out interview process by competencies
  • Presentation of a pool of the 3 best candidates, complying 100% with the requirements and monitoring the interview process with clients
  • Design, implement, and follow up the results of surveys on the candidate experience as well as the quality of the talent attraction process with clients
  • Train and advise clients on interview techniques, evaluation methods, and selection of the best talent
  • Coordinate the hiring process from start to finish
  • Labor relationship with supervisors and operators
  • Implement strategies to reduce absenteeism and turnover
  • Service management Transportation, dining room, others
  • Implement strategy with supervisors to improve labor relationships and health organizational environment

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or similar
  • Fluent English for business conversations
  • Experience: + 5 in a similar position
