Responsible for purchasing raw materials and components to meet the production plan and customer requirements maintaining adequate inventory levels.  Documents the processes under her/his responsibility.

• Generate and maintain purchase orders
• Ensure timely delivery of items and follow up with vendors on late orders
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors as well as receiving issues with her/his purchase orders
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure minimum stock levels are maintained
• Maintain planning parameters in MSS
• Act with MRP exception messages (reschedule in/out, cancel)
• Participation in improvements projects and High-Performance Teams

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering Bachelor or compatible
• Desirable APICS certification
• Fluent English Business Conversation Level
• Purchasing, Inventory Control
