1. Is capable of performing all duties and responsibilities required of an Electrical Mechanical.
2. Without supervision is capable of completing all maintenance functions as required to building, machinery, mechanical equipment, and physical structure.
3. Conducts diagnostic and troubleshooting inspections of equipment, making adjustments, repairs as necessary.
4. Constructs machine components as required.
5. Performs electrical and electronic work including the design and installation of electrical circuits and controls.
6. Performs general building maintenance duties as required.
7. Constructs and repairs structures and fixtures from wood, plywood, and wallboard following written or verbal instructions.
8. Troubleshoots, repairs and services hydraulic systems, including changing valves and other similar adjustments.
9. Troubleshoot/Repair/Replace/Install Servo Control.
10. Troubleshoot PLC controls using laptop.
11. Trains and develops other maintenance department personnel.
12. Completes paperwork as required, including job cards, inspection reports, logs, etc.
13. May be called upon to work late evening, early morning, or other unscheduled hours to perform necessary emergency repairs.
14. Keeps work area neat, clean, organized, and under control.
15. Is responsible for quality and safety of own work and compliance of all company procedures and policies.

Required: High school education with four or more year’s experience in industrial maintenance.

Preferred: Associate’s degree in industrial technology with emphasis in industrial maintenance and four or more year’s experience in industrial maintenance.
