We are currently hiring for 2nd shift Machine Technicians
Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Starting Pay: 21.73 per hour
- Operate buttons on the mill to mix and blend rubber as it comes off the mixer.
- Assume an active role in overall quality by checking and monitoring processing conditions and adjusting the machine settings as required.
- Follow all safety rules and lock-out/tag-out procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to 5S standards to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Use a forklift to gather ingredients and bulk materials needed for loading the mixer.
- Read and interpret ingredient specifications and manage bulk inventory accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production and team goals.
Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Must have a good attendance record.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
May be required to stack parts up to 55 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours (occasional)
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Basic computer skills.
