Our trainee program is designed to develop recent graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields (required). The program provides practical, hands-on experience to help you gain a comprehensive understanding of the engineering field.
The goal of the program is to begin your flying career at Parker Hannifin Mexico.

  1. Support in Engineering Projects
    Assist in the design, development, and improvement of products and processes under the guidance of the engineering team.

  2. Technical Problem Analysis and Resolution
    Participate in identifying and solving equipment and system issues, applying both theoretical and practical knowledge.

  3. Implementation of Testing and Validation
    Support prototype testing activities and collect and analyze data to validate technical specifications.

  4. Technical Documentation
    Prepare reports, manuals, and technical documentation related to projects and tasks performed.

  5. Learning and Applying Standards and Regulations
    Become familiar with and apply industry quality and safety standards, as well as Parker Hannifin’s internal policies.

  6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
    Work closely with other departments such as production, quality, and maintenance to ensure proper implementation of technical solutions.

  7. Participation in Training and Meetings
    Attend technical training sessions and progress meetings to enhance skills and contribute to project advancement.

  8. Support Continuous Improvement
    Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose ideas to optimize efficiency and quality.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Robotics or similar
  • English Level: Proficient
  • Basic knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, interpretation of plans
  • At least 1-year work experience or as internship in a global company
