POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for performing clerical work for the Technical Services department. Maintains appropriate files, records, and summaries as required. Maintains crib. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Issues/returns stock parts to and from Technicians. Enters stock transaction. • Creates, counts and closes Cycle Count Books periodically to assess the inventory to ensure the correct quantities are on record and to investigate any discrepancies. • Maintains parts crib. Looks for improvements in crib layout by reorganization of parts and physical location of storage areas. Suggests and implements changes • Recommends improved methods or processes. Implements new ideas. • Needs to be flexible and adaptable to change and has the ability to see challenges as opportunities, not barriers. • Keeps work area neat, clean, organized, and under control. • Is responsible for quality and safety of own work and compliance of all company procedures and policies. • Must be able to multi-task and adapt to quick changes in procedures and programs.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Required: High school education. Must possess computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel. Preferred: Six months experience in a maintenance setting.
