1. Manage the extrusion backlog on a daily basis. 2. Meet daily Extrusion, QC and Shipping on which line items are needed to ship to meet backlog dates. 3. Communicate to Management/Planner any problems preventing orders from shipping. 4. Document and maintain special customer label/packaging requirements. 5. Coordinate the First Articles due with the secondary departments and QC. 6. Maintain inventory. Perform cycle counts on a weekly basis and investigate any inventory variances to keep quantities accurate and to keep shipments on time. 7. Report inventory discrepancies to management. 8. Provide back up support to Shipper/Receivers when needed. 9. Provide back up support for Compounds shipments when needed.

Education and Experience: 1. Must possess High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 2. 2 years of shipping/receiving experience is required. 3. Ability to locate necessary items and paperwork easily. 4. Able to work independently, with minimal supervision and excellent time management skills. 5. Ability to multi-task. 6. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole number, common fractions and decimals. 7. Ability to adjust quickly to changes in priorities. 8. Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player. 9. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization as well as outside services and at meetings. 10. Must be goal-driven, and highly motivated. 11. Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Windows. The above description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities.
