Essential FunctionsPrimary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions: Shared responsibility for finished goods meeting or exceeding customer expectations Set up and operate automatically and/or manually cutter machines Follow directions from drawings, standard work and work instructions. Identify any special instructions or customer requirements Certified Inspections. Understand the inspection process (training required) Packaging Special cutting provisions such as vinyl and peek Hand cutting, foot controlled cutting, and high speed automatic cutting Proper use of measuring devices, if applicable (measurement training required) Make labels for tubing and properly complete production reports. Adhere to quality standards and guidelines. Maintain accurate records Maintain work area in clean and orderly fashion, follow 5S practices Report production issues to Value Stream Team Leader Perform work of an equal or lower classification
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED U.S. Citizen or permanent residency status required Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
