Ensures maximum cost effectiveness and reliability of manufacturing processes and workflow. Determines the methods and sequence of manufacturing operations for products and machine parts and assemblies; ensures that products and processes meet customer quality requirements. Provides productivity input and manufacturing plans for product design or modification.

• Responsible for developing process for new project, and prepare timely process documents(such as flow chart, PFMEA, Layout, working instruction, control plan, etc.) • Plan and coordinate the activities with respect to development of equipment and fixture required • Lead and participate to inspect the new equipment or tooling. • Lead and participate customer audit, coordinate team follow up improvement action; • Technically analyzing production process issues and proposing the solutions. • Create, revise and improve internal standard work and working instructions; • Set up and updated standard routing time, Give reasonable standard time for all process base on actual action and target. Updated standard time when need. • Lead & manage ECO/ECR implementation on process portion; • Continuous improvement on cost, quality, delivery, etc; • Other problem solving & Kaizen activity. • Give training to operators based on training plan and needs.

Education and Experience -Bachelors degree (BS) in Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering field. -Above 5 years of related experience, Automobile manufacturing field is preferred. Foreign companies is preferred. Project management experience is preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities -Fundamental knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and concepts and general business operations. -Fundamental knowledge of lean manufacturing/production principles and techniques. -Knowledge of IATF16949. -Expertise in APQP and Launch activities including FMEA and Control Plan -General knowledge of industry or similar industry products and legal and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing plants. -Ability to use standard business applications software and/or specialized data analysis tools. -Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from team members, team leaders, customers, and regulatory agencies.
