1. Responsible for implementation and completion of customer orders 2. Train employees in your area 3. Back up employees in your area when they are out. 4. Issue work orders through Parker’s MSSv. 5. Hold Daily Stand Up Meetings with your team, should be no longer than 15 minutes. 6. Must be able to read/follow written instruction and follow verbal instructions. 7. Must be able to read and understand an internal blue print. 8. Works to a daily schedule and must meet or exceed output targets by understanding the product flow and handling procedures within the department. 9. Must be able to solve problems in areas of quality, materials and equipment. 10. Communicates well between departments to notify others and coordinator when issue arise. 11. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs. 12. Assist Process Engineers in solving issues. 13. Complete all internal departmental documentation accurately and on time. 14. Perform all tasks as requested and assigned by management. 15. Must be able to setup and run all related equipment 16. At times, overtime will be required.

1. Must possess High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 2. Minimum two years of manufacturing experience 3. Experience with Lean is a plus. 4. Must be able to work in a fast-pace department and be able to multi-task 5. Good communication skills; written as well as verbal 6. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs 7. Safety glasses are required when on the floor 8. Must be able to adjust quickly to changes in priorities 9. Intermediate to advanced computer skills are required
