With direct supervision, assists more senior HR professionals to coordinate and administer HR programs across the span of HR areas.
Posts positions to internal and external job search outlets; Accepts and conducts initial review of resumes; Some contact with applicants; Assists other HR team members in preparation for performance management and talent management cycle; Address routine questions by managers and employees; Assists in the coordination of local training; Coordination of corporate sponsored training; Training of development plans; Address well-defined questions by managers and employees; Assist other HR team members in preparing for merit review process.
Education: University Degree(or international equivalent) Minimum Experience: Minimum Experience0 to 2+ Years
