Whilst reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader Turkey, your role will consist of ensuring technical expertise on our products and supporting quoting activities within Sales Company for our customers.

  • Supporting SCCEE Customer Service operations
  • Servicing Customer and Distributors with technical help about our products on a first technical level: e.g. how to select the right part, how to choose the right material; replacement products, spare parts. Being the link to division product support and drive new product project follow up
  • Identification of products and/or alternatives (obsolete, competitors,..)
  • Coordination and answering technical questions about products & systems
  • Provide trainings internally or for external customers
  • Deploy and communicate the group strategy and product evolution
  • Support new significant business opportunities by joined visit with sales forces/divisions
  • Problem solving on part data in Parker Systems
  • Follow projects with divisions until the first delivery (this including ISIR and prototypes)
  • Take the lead of customer specification and RFQ project in order to generate sales growth aligned with the Parker Win Strategy goals
  • Decrease the quote time process using continous improvement

  • BS degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or a similar discipline
  • Analytical, self started, proactive and willing to take new challenges
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Minimum experience 3 years in maintenance, technical operations, project engineering preferably in Motion & Control Systems (Hydraulics/Fluid Connectors )
  • Excellent mechanical comprehension with the ability to understand, describe and discuss problems of a technical nature
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Residence in Istanbul Anatolian side
  • No military obligation for male candidates
