1. Work safely in accordance with regulations, standards, and procedures, and in a manner that eliminates unreasonable risk to health and the environment. Notify management of unsafe conditions or practices, unlawful activities and activities which present unreasonable health and/or environmental risk. Report all safety and/or environmental incidents to management immediately. 2. Prevent excess waste of product and/or components by operating the equipment in an efficient manner. 3. Maintain production schedules. 4. Work with groups in initiating and implementation of programs such as Lean Manufacturing and 5-S. 5. Other duties may be assigned at a later time. 6. Ability to perform HVAC responsibilities for manufacturing facility. 7. Familiarity with electrical duties.

1. Ability to troubleshoot all systems and phases of the operation; 2. Ability to communicate at all levels within the plant; 3. Represent the plant to outside vendors as required; 4. Assign work orders to skill level employees as necessary; 5. Handle and coordinate with all departments to provide effective operations

HVAC certification required. Journeyman Electrician preferred.
