At least 3 years of experience as Manufacturing Planner. Principal duties: Responsible to process Customer requirements on time creating production master planning, manage requirements of Raw materials and Components. Able to develop Master planning based on Forecast and firm orders. Knowledge and skills handling MRP system, EPEI and Optimizers. Provide on time updates to Customer Service in case of eventual delays protecting Customers operativity. Respond to customer requests for improved delivery, rescheduling, cancellation or return of orders or product. Notify the customer of certain or potential delivery delays.

  • Accountable for maintaining the levels of suitable inventories depending on the type of product (stock and not stock) ensuring deliveries on time.
  • Prepare master planning schedule by production cell, machine to assure the right balance for each one.
  • Implement pull systems and other LEAN tools required for the operation.
  • Plan and maintain inventories of raw materials, components and finished products according to business goals.
  • Provide and verify delivery dates for production orders and ensures compliance.
  • Close all open issues related to work orders variations and leave open those that are in process.
  • Coordinates production areas for the timely delivery of the products required by the customer. Escalates capacity requirements with top management.
  • Management and control of imported components and raw materials inventory levels, ensuring compliance with timely deliveries.
  • Responsible for follow up and provide feedback to production suppliers.

  • Engineering degree Industrial, Mechanical or related
  • Level of English: Bilingual
  • At least 3 years' experience in the following subjects:
  • Knowledge on material logistics in import / export operations
  • Manufacturing planner/programming
  • Management of ERP
  • Capacity planning
