• Define method to standardize and improve technical solution process. • Provide technical oversight and mentor global technical team to deliver a resilient and scalable solution • Global solution architecture ownership of the next generation cloud native eCommerce platform and act as a liaison with the global eCommerce team • Conduct Solution Architecture reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solution is scalable, align with IT digital strategy and meets customers' business requirements • Evaluate third party solutions relative to project requirements and processes and guide formulation of solution recommendations. • Perform hands-on solution design, solution architectures, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as the need arises in support of current and future projects • Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes using Azure DevOps. • Ensures eCommerce technology and development best practices are fully utilized, including user experience standards, accessibility, performance optimization, scalability, device compatibility, and more.

• 4-year University/College Degree or equivalent. • 5+ years of related experience. • Solid understand of all phases of the web Software Development Life Cycle • Strong interpersonal skills and relates well with all levels of the organization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Deep understanding of digital platforms and technologies • Experience on transforming a legacy monolithic application to a microservice based application • Experience is System Integration touch points – API Gateway, ETL, WebServices (REST,SOAP) • Expertise in front-end technologies and headless architecture. • Knowledge of server-side programming languages including .Net, Java, Ruby and Python • Strong experience with DBMS technology, including SQL Server, DB2 and caching mechanisms such as Redis. • Knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design • Experience in working within an Agile/SCRUM software development model • Ability to establish own priorities. • Ability to adapt to changing roles and changing priorities.
