Master mechanic for the mixing operation.  Responsible for aspects of troubleshooting, repairing plant equipment.

Works within individual limitations of skill and ability to build, install, troubleshoot, rebuild and repair plant equipment and facilities using at least two highly developed skills. One of the highly developed skills being electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair. Must have good mechanical competency in several related areas.

A maintenance repairman who has completed a full four years apprenticeship program or its equivalent to eight years.
