We are seeking a Sales Correspondent to work at our Hose Products Divisional Headquarters located in Wickliffe, OH. The incumbent will: - Create and input quotation information for OEM customers and distributors. - Evaluate and Identify customer blueprints and drawings - Engage in active telephone contact with customers, PSC's and Field Sales Force: Orders, some expedites, inquiries, follow-up on new projects with sales force. - Follow-up with emails, phone calls, memos, letters, and fax communications with customers and sales force. - Initiate divisional cost estimates (CER) for direct OEM customers with Custom Mfg. Group. - Investigate and bring to conclusion all customer debit requests associated with pricing conflicts. - Provide back-up desk/phone coverage for assigned secondary correspondent in case of absence. - Perform other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will possess: - High volume telephone customer contact experience - PC proficiency - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong mathematical, organizational and analytical skills - Ability to work well in a fast paced environment - Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus
