To perform a variety of hand assembly and/or machine operations along with bending and taping operations associated with the manufacturing of tubing bundles using diagrams and job order sheets for shipping product. Provide support and finishing operations such as respool and packaging of finished products. This position will require occasional overtime to meet the demand of business conditions.

1. Secure proper types and quantities of tubing and fittings according to instructions on job routings and building templates. Assemble proper fittings to tubing, exercising proper care to avoid excessive pressure on assembly devices. Tighten fittings as specified, avoiding crossing of threads. 2. Ability to setup and run automated cutting equipment. This includes loading reels into payouts, string tubing through machine and ability to navigate the operator interface. Understand how to perform necessary calibrations, troubleshoot, identify revision changes, etc. 3. Manually manipulate tubing into fixtures requiring hand strength. Push loaded carts in and out of ovens and cooling chambers to produce quality products. 4. Perform respool operation including pressure testing while paying particular attention to quality, required line speed and recording accurate data. 5. Perform packaging operations including: build spools, package finished products, operate stretch wrap machine, utilize crane to move large reels, and apply appropriate labels for final shipping. 6. Setup depth marking machines which includes checking the tolerance of distance between end of tube and depth mark using the vertical height gage. 7. Set up assembly tables using mylar and retrieve head fixture assembling harness according to mylar template. Form tubing fixture using correct part number, traveler and training paper for assembly. 8. Tape assembled tubing fixtures using repetitive wrist motions up to seventy per minute. Required grip strength up to 70 lb. force through the grip and 10-20 lb. force to pull and rotate the wrist around the harness. 9. Operate steam forming machine which includes startup/shut down procedures, loading of product along with necessary quality checks. 10. Ability to complete all necessary production paperwork which includes production numbers, quality checks, day by hour sheets along with updating any information on the team boards.

Must be able to read, write, add, subtract, follow diagrams and specific written instructions, and complete all related paperwork. Must be able to stand and sustain repetitive hand motions. Must possess the strength to sustain light physical work, with lifting requirements up to 30 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion, and perform work of an equal or lower classifications as required.
