The Lead Person will assist the Department Manager of our Dust Line operations in overseeing activities on the production floor to ensure on-time delivery. The person in this role works within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action.

• Coordinate all cell activities to assure the meeting of production schedules and customer satisfaction. • Coordinate all cell activities to assure the meeting of cost goals and of maintaining the highest standards of quality. • Coordinate and provide technical, quality and production leadership to cell team members. • Provide cell leadership to continuously improve manufacturing assembly and process for all assigned products/processes. • Perform administrative duties to support the business. Example: completion of labor sheets, etc. • Ability to work outside the regular shift hours to set up the production line. • Mentor and motivate team in safety, quality and productivity improvements. • Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. • Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to team projects. • Strong project and team leadership.
