This is a third shift position located in our Alliance, NE facility.

1. Verify proper specifications for hose; 2. Set up and run machine; 3. Perform frequent inspections of product, both visually and through the use of O.D. tape; 4. Load fully wound wire bobbins onto the WSW machine using the Dalmac; 5. Properly install wire in WSW machine; 6. Safely use proper knife to cut leno and jacket for hose being ran; 7. Cut wire around connector by properly using hand grinder; 8. Prepare and complete necessary paperwork.

Education required: High School diploma or GED Experience: Production work preferred but not required Preferred Skills/Qualifications: 1. Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills 2. Basic knowledge and use of hand tools 3. Sound decision making skills 4. Good math, reading, writing skills 5. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude 6. Mental and visual acuity for production of quality product 7. Strong trouble shooting skills Skills/Competencies: 1. Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office package 2. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Other Skills: Ability to work well in a team environment Assessment: Employee must pass Pre-employment screening
