Responsible for clerical support to the Manufacturing Engineering Department. Coordinate cross-functional activities that may include the following: vender setup, PO generation, pricing, parts delivery, shop organization, stock levels, expense reporting, and other duties as assigned.

- Provide Clerical support to Manufacturing Engineering Department. - Generate purchase requisitions as needed by ME Department. - Follow through on purchase requisitions through PO generation. - Work with vendors on PO Verification, pricing, lead times, delivery, and expediting goods and services as needed. - Facilitate setting up new vendors in MSSV. - Deliver parts to engineers, maintenance, techs, or spare parts storage. - Improve critical spare parts system, organize shop, set replenishment levels and maintain current stock. - Gather purchasing card information and collect receipt for expense reporting. - Other duties as assigned.

- Must have computer knowledge & Microsoft Office (Including Excel) - Experience with MSSV is a plus. - Physical work & ability to lift boxes and climb ladders.
