Performs a variety of administrative and office support activities ranging from managing front desk/switchboard, general clerical assistance, and marketing services projects and responsibilities.

  • Provides administrative support for the Hose Products Wickliffe team.
  • Receives and screens visitors while answering telephone calls then uses independent judgment to determine priority and sensitivity of inquiries and responses.
  • Prepares and/or supervises the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports and other written communications.
  • Schedules and coordinates; meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Assist with marketing services related projects
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED. Four years of college and/or business school preferred; specialized training in desktop office software preferred. Experience in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred.
  • Experience of managing and dealing with different teams.
  • Health and safety procedural experience.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize accordingly.
  • Self-starter with excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data, and statistics and produce clear and effective reports.
  • Experience with continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques.
  • Must be able to communicate both orally and written in a clear, concise, and effective manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
