IT Department supports ESSC in maintaining IT infrastructure, managing IT systems and creating new solutions for ESSC location

Digital and IT Analyst provides front-line primary application support to finance systems end users on various applications and technical issues and problems relating to software, hardware, databases. The Digital and IT Analyst must have excellent problem solving skills in order to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations, or when appropriate, escalate or route them to appropriate IT staff members. This position supports project implementation associated with following key information technology disciplines and/or services: - Software Support - Database Administration – Financial Systems (ERP, Cforia, Concur, etc) - SQL database management and administration.

More specifically but not limited to, you will be:

Defining, analyzing, supporting, testing and administering finance systems

Point of contact (POC) for most communications with the finance application users and vendors

Managing expectations, recommending modifications of finance systems to improve and simplify business systems

Providing analytical advice and direction for application and technology that impacts business operations.

Participating in multiple teams/projects, demonstrating complex problem solving techniques along with the understanding of finance systems business area

Developing data flow, formulas, methods supplying relative illustrative charts, tables, diagrams, and procedural statements.

We would like to hear from you if you have:

2 or more years of relevant experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Software support experience

Data analytics / Report development

Knowledge of project management standards, methods and techniques (ITIL or SCRUM)

Fluent written and spoken English (as mandatory)

Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders, 3rd party companies and the ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders groups

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a team environment, independently manage daily work priorities and produce superior customer service results

Willingness to work based on emergencies
