Provides pricing information and technical support to customers and other team members Scope/Supervision and Interaction: Interacts with co-team members in Customer Service, Sales, Technical, Marketing and Pricing departments and supplying divisions.

  • Timely responses to all customer inquiries of Quotes and system upload requests.
  • May assist customers with basic technical support.
  • May assist customers with products and competitive part number identification and part interchange information.
  • Interact with Customer Service, Sales, Technical, Marketing and Pricing departments to communicate customer needs and improvements.
  • Follow-up quotations according to the strategic pricing program requirements
  • Maintain quotation log (prepare, analyze and plan for improvements)
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports:Quotes Report, Re-Quotes Report, Win Rate Report and Large Quote Report.
  • Analyze pricing reports and generate action plans that are necessary to meet the objectives.
  • Analyze a whole product price list applying strategic pricing criteria and prepare file to be uploaded to the system.
  • May analyze special pricing requests under strategic pricing criteria and make proposals.
  • Pricing Analyst/Coordinator backup for closing pricing metrics report.

  • Associate’s Technical Degree; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
  • 0-3 years marketing and/or customer service experience.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent English and Spanish oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Advance Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
