Provides pricing information and technical support to customers and other team members
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Interacts with co-team members in Customer Service, Sales, Technical, Marketing and Pricing departments and supplying divisions.
Timely responses to all customer inquiries of Quotes and system upload requests.
May assist customers with basic technical support.
May assist customers with products and competitive part number identification and part interchange information.
Interact with Customer Service, Sales, Technical, Marketing and Pricing departments to communicate customer needs and improvements.
Follow-up quotations according to the strategic pricing program requirements
Maintain quotation log (prepare, analyze and plan for improvements)
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports:Quotes Report, Re-Quotes Report, Win Rate Report and Large Quote Report.
Analyze pricing reports and generate action plans that are necessary to meet the objectives.
Analyze a whole product price list applying strategic pricing criteria and prepare file to be uploaded to the system.
May analyze special pricing requests under strategic pricing criteria and make proposals.
Pricing Analyst/Coordinator backup for closing pricing metrics report.
Associate’s Technical Degree; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
0-3 years marketing and/or customer service experience.
Excellent organization skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Excellent English and Spanish oral and written communication skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Advance Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
