The Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) Division is a global best-in-class solutions provider of unique and customized vibration control, motion management, electromechanical systems and sensing solutions serving primarily aerospace, defense, and industrial end-markets in mission-critical functions. The NVH Division has 2 Business Units: Aerospace & Defense (A&D) and Industrial Equipment (IE).
Position Summary The primary purpose of this role is leading the Division in its Lean Transformation through the implementation of the Parker Lean System (PLS). The successful candidate delivers practical, hands-on training to team members in PLS methodology and tools to eliminate waste in all administrative, manufacturing and support functions. Measures and reports progress on an on-going basis using the Win Scorecard and PLS Lean Journey Assessment. Ensures full Parker Lean System education and implementation in all functional areas at the Division, Plant, and Facility level to ensure consistency and sustainability. Provides continuous improvement leadership and direction to the Division Staff. Develops and manages the Lean team, where appropriate. Position reports to the General Manager.
